Posting here so everyone can see. If there has been confusion in regards to our rules so I'd like to clarify it here.

As of 2-14-12, Abyssea has been discontinued as an event due to lack of interest

-Lot on one character per item, so if you have three characters you can't lot on all three on the same item. So you must pick one item to lot on for one character.

-New linkshell members will be ineligible to lot during Sea week until their next time doing that event (note not per day, but week. For example, you can't attend WED of that week and then lot SUN.) Attendance is an important part of these events. If you do now show for farming you do not lot.
–-Does not apply to Abyssea.

-Do not lot on an item if you just got into the zone during our farm/if we just finished farming full sets unless nobody wants it.

-Abyssea +1/+2 lotting system, you may freelot +2 items.
–-You may win up to 6 or 9 of a +2 type for that run, depending on required items, per person (as in you can't win 6 on main and then win the same item 6 times on mule)
––This rule does not apply to seals.
–-You may lock the item if you are 3/6 or 6/9, if it is ABLE to drop three at a time locking will cause you to finish lotting for that particular item
–-You must be of level to use this item (does not require AF3+1)
–-Lotting will reset for each week, so if you won 6 coins on a WED, you cannot lot them on SUN until the following week where we start the farm again on WED.


-Einherjar, optional event
–Lotting is done via /tell me what you would like, we pool the desired lots and each person lots vs each other.
–If you won an item during an Odin, you may not lot the next Odin but can do so on the one after that.
(Note: Does not apply if an item goes freelot)
–If you do not have a respectable attendance (within a month or so) you will not be eligible to lot over current members (Odin specifically). This is in place to due to people joining up, getting an item they desire and leaving. This supports those who have been at it for a while. Most of the items are freelot.
–ABJ are freelot within the chambers, if a helper wins a lot please don't complain.
–Lamp fee is split between all main players (no mules)

-Sea,
–-You may win one torque for the sea week, this only applies to inside/outside jailers that aren't AV or JOL.
–-The jailer weapons are always freelot
–-JOL and AV are ran similiar to odin in that you send me a tell for the item you desire and its pooled and you lot vs the people in that pool.
––If you win an item from AV, you will be uneligible to lot the next sea week(WED/SUN are part of the same week for our events) Example:
(AV- Won an item > Abyssea week > sea week (Unable to lot on AV > Abyssea week > Sea week (Able to lot again)
This works out to be two week lotting restriction.
––JOL will not be restricted.
––Same rule for Abyssea applies, its one lot per person so either choose your main or your mule.
––You can't choose an item and give it to another person, it is for you and you can't win another.
––Most importantly, these are for use not sale.
––Items that are not lotted upon will be put up for our bank to re obtain sea items or help with Lv90 farms.
––Attendance will be noted for the sea runs, if you never show up to farms your ability to lot will be removed.
––We still farm after AV/JOL for the next sea week, constantly leaving early after we finish AV to skip farm will be noted.

-Empyrean Weapon
–Currently we have a running list of who's weapon we work on based on attendance.
–The attendance is now being posted on DKP
–Leaving early or afking during the run is noted
–Funds will be issued to Lv90 farming if necessary (Sisyphus fragment, Tiger king Hide) to speed the run up. Once per member for that run.
–-Sea items are a priority over this, so if funds are low we won't do it. (Upon my discretion over funds, normally ~2mish we won't)
–To be put on the list, PM me or post in our Empyrean weapon thread in the linkshell section of forums.
–-You must be past VNM stage and on item collection stage
–-You must have good attendance to keep spot on list.
–-The list is not written and therefore is done by checking attendance, is subject to change if person doesn't maintain it.
